fix: colonne Transfert du dashboard distingue SSH / HTTP / Local

- Relation remote_instance ajoutée sur Job (db.py)
- Badge "SSH · nom" violet pour rsync, "HTTP · nom" bleu pour chunked,
  "Local" gris si aucun transfert ; tooltip avec l'URL/chemin distant
